Terms of Service
Welcome to Multiflow HVAC & Appliances LLC. By scheduling a service appointment or purchasing goods from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Multiflow HVAC & Appliances LLC provides maintenance, repair, and installation services for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and household appliances. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or if the equipment is beyond reasonable repair.
2. Scheduling and Property Access
- Adult Presence: An adult (18 years or older) authorized to make decisions and authorize payment must be present during the service call.
- Clear Access: The client agrees to provide our technicians with clear, safe, and unhindered access to the equipment needing service.
- Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or "no-shows" may be subject to a standard cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms
- Due Date: Unless otherwise specified on your invoice, all payments are due within 21 working days of the invoice date.
- Late Fees: In the event of non-payment by the due date, we reserve the right to apply a fixed interest late fee amounting to 10% of the remaining balance. We may also suspend any ongoing or future services until the account is settled.
- Collections: If a payment remains outstanding for more than 60 days, the account may be sent to a debt recovery agency. The client will be responsible for all associated legal and collection fees.
4. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
- Labor Warranty: We stand by our work. Our labor warranties vary based on the type of service provided:
- Appliance Repairs: We provide a 1-month (30-day) warranty on our labor.
- HVAC Installations: We provide a 1-year warranty on our installation labor.
- If the original issue returns or an installation defect arises within the applicable timeframe due to our workmanship, we will return to diagnose and repair it at no additional labor cost.
- Parts Warranty: Parts are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty. Multiflow HVAC & Appliances LLC is not liable for manufacturer defects, part failures, or manufacturer product recalls (such as the Midea recall).
- Liability Cap: Our obligations do not guarantee specific secondary results. Under no circumstances shall Multiflow HVAC & Appliances LLC be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as water damage or spoiled food). Our total liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
5. Claims and Disputes
Any claims regarding provided services or goods must be submitted to us in writing at info@multiflow.tech or via certified mail to our registered office within 8 days of the service provision.
6. Governing Law
All contractual relations between the client and Multiflow HVAC & Appliances LLC will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New York.
